  When searching for a company to service and maintain our septic system we choose Felix for the simple reason that they were the only company that answered their phone! No one likes to talk to a machine, punch all the numbers and then sit around waiting for a return call. That great personalized service has continued for the last 12 years. Courteous on the phone and professional when at your home and all for a very reasonable price. What else do you need? Highly recommended!

  We used Felix Septic for the first time last year. Their employee was professional and knowledgeable. My husband had dug down to the cover so it was quick and easy for the employee to pump it. Price was great and I recommended using them. I wish I had done so many years ago!
