  Very Prompt service, Richard was kind and diagnosed our problem. It was our water filter leaking internally inside the spout itself. It's a continuous leak and the spout itself needs to be replaced. He helped tidy it up and placed a bucket to catch the water. Didn't charge us a dime and spent a little over an hour trying to sort out the mess. Thank you so much! We appreciate you helping us get a step in the right direction.

  Ok first off... I, the homeowner, had to dig the hole to the clean out as well as carry his snake to our house. Then he chose not to even snake the clean out. Instead he chose to pull apart my sink and break it to snake thru there unsuccessfully. He then spent an hr trying to put said sink back together with his ghetto reused parts. I finally had to tell him not to worry about it anymore. Then the 100 year old guy who could barely hold his tools finished by charging me 139 dollars...... 2 days later my dad comes to town, we rented a snake for 18 bucks and fixed the problem thru the cleanout that he was to lazy to go thru. Seriously people chose someone else...anyone else! I called him to tell him that we fixed what he should have and 5 mins later he cashed my check. He should be ashamed of himself taking money for a job he was incapable of doing.

  Service was prompt, cleared out the blockage. However, 3 weeks later, I had the same blockage. Thankfully Roto-Rooter has the equipment to find out WHY you have a blockage, instead of blaming it on the wrong brand of toilet paper. I had a cracked pipe that needed replacing. And to make matters worse, the fellow used a sharp long metal rod probing into my garden area, I discovered today he had punctured my irrigation system line. Called him to talk about the irrigation line puncture, he didn't care. Call Roto-Rooter.
