  The technician showed up on time,but after being here just a little while he had to leave to go get rubber gloves, then he had to leave a second time to go get a part that he didn’t even use. He was gone a total of 50 minutes. He disconnected my pipes under my sink and he left without reconnecting any of the pipes, I had to do it myself. He tried to used a power washer to try to clean out the drain, but he said that the tip was clogged up. The power washer ran out of gas so to keep him from leaving again I put gas in it. he made a mess outside that I had to clean up and still he didn’t get the drain cleared . He said he would have to come back again and he would have to charge me even more. I was charged $460 and still couldn’t use my sink. I ended up calling someone else you got me in contact with the drain surgeon.he came out said they never should’ve used water with a power washer. he was there one hour my drain was cleared no mess paid $139 and it was done Mr. Rooter stole $460 from me and I would never recommend them to do anything.

  Such a wonderful experience! They came same day to check my clogged dishwasher, determined the reason for the clog a drained the water out. Although they could not fix the dishwasher itself, I was givin detailed information and options on what I could do. We purchased new and called next day and the same tech came and installed our new dishwasher hauling away our old. He was very professional, kind, and considerate. He was also very quick and efficient! I would recommend this company to everyone and will continue to call them solely for all of my plumbing needs. Excellent service at competitive prices!

  Kevin and his partner installed a pressure regulator in about 20 mins and the charge was half of what another local company quoted. Very satisfied and will use them for future plumbing needs.
