  Very professional! Responded to my phone call immediately at 4pm and set up a time to fix the issue at 8 am the next day. My drain issue wasn't a dire need situation and I told them anytime in the week. They arrived on time and ready to get the job done. I explained the issue I was having and they took care of it very quickly. They also cleaned the area they were working. I appreciate the kind of professionala Brandon and his crew are. Highly recommend!

  I had been trying to deal with my parents backed up drain for a week. I live in a different town and I couldn't seem to get a plumber to return my calls. I had been at their house every day with my son trying to unplug the drains. Finally on Sunday I realized I was searching the wrong thing. I searched drains. The Drain Cleaner came up. I decided to call even though it was Sunday and I didn't expect to get a reply. To my surprise Brandon answered I told him the situation. He had just been in their town on a job. I didn't ask him to come back but thank goodness he volunteered to come back. He was on another job and gave me enough time to get to their house. I doubt anyone else would have done that. I met them there. They showed me the tree roots that are growing in the drains and within an hour they had them cleaned. They were very professional they were very nice and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed. I was even more impressed when I paid the bill as it was so reasonable. I wasted almost as much as the bill was on chemicals. I won't make that mistake next time I'll call Brandon. Thanks again Brandon.

  Thanks for the great review. I'm glad we could help. If someone has a backed-up sewer and cannot use the restrooms, I will try to be over as soon as possible. We don't try to make a killing off your emergency, our prices stay the same.

  I had a problem that other plumbers had taking a shot at fixing and the problem continued to get worse until my line was almost completely clogged and it was backing up into my basement! Brandon at The Drain Cleaner, was here faster then I ever expected, did an amazing and professional job for a super low price! My drain is completely cleaned out now all the way to the city main in a couple of hours and he even showed me multiple pictures of what he did (before and after)! He even cleaned out my shower where the sewage was backing up in! ABOVE AND BEYOND! Great guy and great company! I will recommend to anyone who needs help! Nate
