These guys are simply the best. They came in after a job and repaired someone else's mistake. Brady was there within an hour and got things taken care of quickly. Could not recommend these guys enough.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have worked with many contractors and subcontractors over the past 5 years, and this company was top notch. They came out within a few days of me calling to look at our septic system. They provided a bid within an hour or two after their first evaluation. Repairs began within a week. The entire process took less than two weeks. The team was great to work with. They explained the issues thoroughly. They were extremely prompt,  knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use again for any plumbing needs and will highly recommend to others!

Called and were out within the same day. Even with all the freezing pipes due to the cold right now, Brady wable to squeeze us in. Greatly appreciated the responsiveness to what we took as an emergency in our opinion, even though they are being run ragged right now. I could tell they took our emergency as serious as we did. I called them to replace my hot water heater and they came out that morning then I had a pipe that was gushing water into my crawl space and even though they were booked up they made the time to send someone out that morning.  He had it fixed and repaired very quickly.  They are always on time and very professional.  I would recommend this company to anyond

We had an emergency and we had no idea who to call. Nobody in town was calling us back, I called Sewer Rooter and within 10 minutes Brady was at our home. That night we had a leak again in our basement, I called Sewer Rooter back at 6 pm on a Friday night just knowing I wasn't going to get ahold of anyone. To my surprise, the nicest lady answered the phone and I instantly felt relief. not long after , we got a call from Brady. First thing Saturday morning he came out and was able to fix the issue we were having. I don't think he was even on call, he just helped us because he cared. We will forever recommend Brady and the entire Sewer Rooter company. Thank you so much. I have no idea what we would've done without you!

Very pleased with the service we received from Brady and his dad. They responded quickly and saved us from a frozen pipe bursting. I then reached out to Brady via phone because we were not getting any hot water. He was able to walk me through how to fix our problem that same night. We have just recently moved to the area but we will be using Sewer Rooter for all our plumbing needs going forward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

These guys are awesome! Had to call them 3 times in the last 4 months because things kept breaking. Each time they were prompt and efficient. They were out right away and took care of the problem. Also very reasonably priced.

They scammed my dad. He is older and not in the best shape physically or mentally. The basement flooded and they said they water heater was no good. After the flood the water was hot. I used it myself. Next day water was still hot. I washed laundry, cooked and cleaned up. Still hot. Would not recommend unless you look yourself and know what they are doing needs to be done.

Please leave a address. I would love to look into this matter on if we were there and what technicians were on the job. We have been in business for 60+ years and have not built a reputation of ripping people off.

They did a amazing job on my hot water heater

They were able to come out on the same day, which was great. Everyone else I called was booked out for a few days.  The workers were friendly and fast (in and out within an hour). They also took time to explain the issue very well.
