  Jeremiah called within a few minutes of us requesting service on his website, and showed up within the hour, all on a holiday. Our house is over 100 years old, so finding a way to access the pipes was a challenge. Jeremiah was under the house, on top of the house, in a very tight crawl space, and finally found a way to access our sewers. He has the latest equipment and was able to show us clearly the many spots in our yard where roots had blocked the line. Then he was able to thoroughly hydrojet the line to clear the blockages. He even ran the camera back through and recorded an “after” movie to go with the “before” feature he recorded earlier. He later emailed a report which included the videos. Jeremiah is super friendly and did a fantastic job for us. If you need sewer or plumbing service, don’t hesitate to call Jeremiah at The Drain Check.

  Jeremiah did an excellent job unclogging or kitchen drain. He first scoped the pipes to identify the problem areas, then carefully cleared the blockage up and down all junctions. He cleaned all areas well on completion, including squeegeeing and vacuuming all standing water from our basement floor. He took the right amount of time to do the job correctly and neatly.
