  Terry was the repairman that serviced our HVAC unit. He was pleasant and professional. I was impressed with how he explained each recommendation and how it would extend the life of our unit along with improving the air quality in our home. I will be requesting that Terry be the assigned repairman for our next work call.

  This is not a real company, they transfer your calls directly to Mr. Rooter. All the reviews (73 at the time of my review) are from reviewers that don't appear to be real people at least every single person has a restricted profile for their reviews.   I had known about the potential trouble with my pipes, but bieng a single mother of 3 children, i was concerned about pricing. I had several quotes, but his was the most reasonable. He handeled the project with expertise and attention to detail. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process and addressed all my questions and concerns. The area was secured and prepared for the repair. The job was completed within a reasonable time frame. The work area was left in pristine condition, once the job was completed. My pipes were fixed and the +1 customer experience that was provided to me by Caden, was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get quality work at a reasonable cost. recommended.
