I really appreciate Comfort Center. When we first moved into our home I contacted various companies about the pool and no one else even returned my phone call. They’re always helpful and friendly when I call or stop in, assisting me with loading product and looking up whatever information I’d like. Love their free water testing too!

The Comfort Center was very helpful through the entire process.  They helped us chose a fireplace for the size of our home and the area we wanted to heat.  They did a great job on our install and we have loved everything anbout our fireplace!  They helped us feel extra comfortable with our purchase sharing that if we ever did have problems to let them know and they would help us.  We looked online and there prices were competitive and the extra security of knowing who and where it is coming from as well as supporting local made all great reasons to shop at the Comfort Center. I bought a hot tub from the comfort center and my pool supplies and hot tub supplies from them they are very helpful and knowledgeable on their products oh and they are very nice friendly staff too work with I recommend them very highly, great people

I have used The Comfort Center for over 4 years. We had our pump, liner, lights, heater and filter all replaced. Always bought all of my pool chemicals from them.  The service has never been overly friendly. When they opened my pool this year, there were a few wrinkles in my liner. After partially draining my pool, they came to smooth the wrinkles out. They ended up putting hundreds more. They wouldn't fix it. Told me to fill it and hope for the best. Another pool place came and helped me out. Don't waste your money with The Comfort Center!!!

This was an unexpectedly bad experience. My wife and I were interested in buying a used hot tub. We stopped in to the comfort center to look and they had a used hot springs tub. The sales guy Eric was a nice enough guy everything he said sounded great so we bought it. I told him we needed a little time to get concrete poured and electric set up.  We got everything ready and gave them a week and a half notice for delivery. I had an electrician all ready for hook up like they requested. I tried to get a time frame for delivery numerous times but nobody working there could give me one. I had to call the day of delivery and finally got a time of 4. They finally showed up and dumped it off for us to deal with. They were supposed to send a person with hot tub knowledge to set up and help get us on track.  Nope here is your bag of chemical, have a good one. So when we removed the panel to wire it up there was no electric panel cover, the heater wasn’t even hooked up and all grounds were cut off. After two hours of wiring and internet research it was ready to go. Fired it up and everything was working fine for an hour and the heater stopped. What a nightmare, the electrician had to cancel a family camping trip because of the extra work and bad scheduling.  The tub was supposed to bed cleaned and tested before delivery but since the inside was gutted that had to be a lie. It looked worse than most the free ones on Craigslist and the cover must have been ripped off in the trip over, not a latch was left on it. Tub was full of leaves and water. By the way it was two years older than I was told. I called to return it the next day. Eric said sorry and would return it and pick it up on Monday. It took 6 phone calls and hours of time on hold just to get them to refund my credit card. Still waiting on the pick up a week later.  Hope they come get this junker by wed got another one on the way. I knew I paid to much for it but I figured the good service I was promised an a year warranty would be worth it in the long run, ha.

Can I rate this company lower than one star, like ZERO? Am waiting on a call from the owner.  Opted out of a new hot tub after two deliveries failed, and then a salesperson with an attitude basically hung up on me after telling me it was my fault they couldn't install it.  I went to the store and as it was only a couple days, received a full refund.  Salesclerk then lied to me telling me she hadn't hung up.  Hey, I'm the consumer, why would I say she'd hung up if she hadn't ... I've nothing to lose here.  On another note, have friends who were going to buy from them but no way now.  One phone call by one rude sales clerk, two poor delivery attempts, and a bad feeling about this company, costs two sales to them.

We try to buy any large purchase locally but not with a company like this.  Kansas City, here we come.
