Main line was cleared and washing machine drain line was unclogged. Brad and Chris did a great job. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Brad went over everything that needed to be done before he did it. He even called in a field supervisor (at no extra charge) for a second opinion. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again for future plumbing repair needs. (And they were able to come out the same day I called. Yes!)

Our water heater decided to die on a Saturday night. While we were waiting for our home warranty company to re-open on Monday and then schedule a plumber to come out, we instead decided to try our luck with Roto-Rooter. They were able to send a tech out the same day AND install a new water heater and expansion tank. Juan was fantastic to work with! He was very clear about the process and the cost and even stayed as long as it took to complete the job. He made sure to answer all of our questions and tested everything out before he left. We couldn't be happier with how this experience went and will definitely recommend their services to others.

Our toilet was clogged with a toy someone had put down it. It was causing the sewer drain in the bathroom to back up anytime someone used the water. They were able to get it fixed, do a thorough investigation into the pipe with a camera and do a restoration review of some carpet that was damaged- all under two hours! Very friendly and professional. Flat price to unclog the drain and even recommended a coupon . Would highly recommend.
