  I had to call out a plumber on a Sunday evening for the toilet in my father’s bathroom. An 82 year old just can’t be expected to hold it all night. Nobody wants to have to pay for something we all take for granted. The fee was high for an after hours call, as is expected. What made this experience better was the two employees: The switch board lady (Beverly?) and Bryan , the plumber. Both were great, but Bryan was one of the better customer service providers I’ve encountered. Kudos to you both.

  While visiting my mother for her birthday the plastic connector on her bathroom sink gave way and water began pouring into the house. There was no shut-off valve for the sink so I had to turn off the main water source. After calling a local company that claimed to be 24 hours and getting no assistance, we temporarily gave up until morning. Texas Lone Star was the first company I called the following morning. The receptionist was very polite and helpful and the plumber was dispatched in two hours or less after learning of the extent of the plumbing issue. He, Chris, was equally as polite and not only did he repair the immediate issue, but also installed the shut-off valve, which my mother had been without since the house was built more than 50 years ago. He was professional, knowledgeable, and again, so very nice. My mother now has a new and reliable plumber should she incur anymore plumbing issues. I highly recommend Texas Lone Star Plumbing. Ask for Chris if possible.

  Chris runs a great plumbing service. He offers fair rates and get this, he actually works! Plenty of other operations will show up and offer no help at all or hardly try to resolve the issue. Not TLSP. They give you 100% good effort and shoot you straight. I wound up getting some pretty bad news on my place but with his help even in my case, where major construction will be required, he pointed me in a direction that is going to save me thousands of dollars. He is even lining up the work to be done for me. He also has stayed in open communication with me since being paid and done with the initial scope of the job. I can’t say enough good things. You just don’t find good service like Texas Lone Star Plumbing anymore. If you need the trusted plumber you haven’t been able to find, now you have!
