  Come out to give a bid for all new gas lines in attic and exterior tankless gas water heater. Said he would "work one up". Can't get anyone to call me back or give me a bid and been 2 weeks now leaving messages. I definitely should have called elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional and more importantly unreliable.   Sorry to hear about your bad experience sir. Did you happen to get the techs name or phone number. The main number rotates between multiple companies. Nothing personal, just a misunderstanding. sounds like contact info was not properly exchanged. With the last round of storms plumbers have been spread thin. We are addressing it. Again sorry

  Don’t advertise yourself as a 24 hour plumbing company if your not 24 hours. Our hot water in our bathtub literally would turn off and was HEAVILY running. We called this company at 7pm. They said someone was on call and would get with us shortly. No one called that night or the next day. I tried calling them three times the next day, got hung up on every time. This company is a joke.

  These guys know what they’re doing. There’s no plumbing problem they can’t solve.
