  You did a BIG job here at my condo finding a water leak under my building and repaired it. Everyone was happy with the work! So I assumed a small leak at the base of my sink and installing a new faucet would go well. Not so. The old faucet had to be drilled out. It was difficult but your plumber was able to get it out. The problem was during the process, he dripped oil all over the place. I went behind him cleaning it up from my floor and cabinets. Okay. When he finished, I asked for the old parts. He didn't want to leave them and it took some persuading. After he left I realized he took my NEW faucet box and everything in it. Then I realized he had not installed the new soap dispenser and had taken the new one with him. Not happy. I called him and he offered to come back later that night to install it, which he did. I had company by then. Before leaving, he shared a whole lot of information about the not so good inner workings of your business and all of your personnel problems. Not good for you, him, or me. Since he implied he's the last plumber you had left, I doubt I would use your services again. I can say, the sink no longer leaks and your office is great to work with. The plumber however, very unprofessional.

  I have used Terry's many times and I am always pleased. Today I had Joey and Christopher. They did a fantastic job and were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They are also very good at explaining things.

  This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Their top plumber Joe came later and later everyday. Lied about the times and days he was here and would show up and leave for hours at a time to purchase materials and still charge us as if he was working. A five day job for a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath turned into a month and a half job. We were so fed up we went directly to the office during office hours to talk to them and they locked the door and put a dog in front of it. The manager Priscilla victimized herself as “a woman in a man’s world” and tried to use that as justification as to why she didn’t have a hold on her team or the way her business was ran. The only credible person working there was Luis. He righted all of Joes wrongs in a timely manner after Joe quit, and was truthful about the time he would come and how long it would take. Our only mistake was turning him away initially because we were told that Joe is the best and a superintendent in the field. The inspector came and wanted to fail the job. The first time he came, Joe never showed up. The second time he came, he said he was going to fail it but we begged him not to because we knew they would find a way to make us pay for the fine, and it would just elongate the process. The manager Priscilla tried to charge us extra for the permits and when we questioned the validity because two permits weren’t mentioned on the contract, she assumed we couldn’t afford it and we’re giving her a hard time. We make 6 figures, money is never the issue, the greed and failure to provide us with accurate numbers as the manager was the issue. The customer service is despicable and I would never refer this company to anyone. They take on so many jobs and would rather prioritize other jobs with bigger contractors than to complete jobs they have already started in a timely manner. Greed will run this company to the ground. This was probably a good company when Terry was running it, but as of now it is a complete circus. I would rather donate 19k than to give it to this company but here we are. You only get one star because there’s no option for negative stars
