  Service with Roto-Rooter was exceptional. Plumbing manager Angel worked with us a reasonable estimate for our water heater installation and pipe work. Our service technician Clive Rankine was excellent! He went above and beyond ensuring that our water heater was properly installed. Clive is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and installation. If I could give them a 6 star review just for Clive's work, I would definitely do it. Just look the before and after pictures!!!!

  Although I think the cost was a bit steep but for last minute (emergency assistance) I appreciate the service provided. The company/technician’s response was timely; I received a call notifying the technician would be arriving earlier than originally scheduled. Upon arrival an assessment was completed to seek a more economical solution which was greatly appreciated (although not favorable). The field supervisor (also on site) provided a visual assessment and information that would need to be considered to prevent future costly repairs. Thank you Paul and Brett for your professional services.

  The plumber showed up on time and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He was initially called out to fix some issues with one of the toilets inside the home. Which he did complete in a timely manner. After completing that service I was then told that my Water service main shut off valve had no knob and was stripped and didn't completely turn off the water to my home. After discussed it over with him I agreed to allow him to repair that issue as well. This is where the I have my issue. This is a STR property that was occupied with guest at the same time. So upon repairing the Value the tech had issues. It took him 3 tries to fix the issue, with him having to leave the home twice to go get parts and come back. Each time he repaired it there was still water leaking out of the one of the pipes. Causing him to take it apart to start this repair all over again. THIS TOOK 8 HOURS Not including the Hour and half for the toilet fix Finishing at 11:00pm When this whole process should have only taken about 2 hours. All the while the guest visiting had NO WATER to the home and of course they were furious. With this experience I don't think I can honestly use this company again and feel at ease.
