  Temp-Rite Services were dispatched to our home to check on our AC that was not cooling properly. Told me it was the AC coil. No problem. But, the company never filed the paperwork which resulted in the home warranty company not to authorize the repairs. They were called alsmost daily by myself and the home warranty company and promised each time to get the paperwork turned in. They never turned the paperwork! As a result, my family, includjng 2 Asthmatic children could not live in house for 9 days since the temperature was between 75 - 92 degrees in the house. So we lived in the in-laws RV until a great company Smith & Keene came to inspect and repair the problem. And, Smith & Keene left us with 2 window units to cool the house. Temp-Rite is, through my experience, a company I would not encourage anyone to use. I'll be posting on social media sites and the BBB to inform people of how my family was treated by this company. Overall rating -100 on a 10 point scale!!!!
