  I called them for help in June. Took them 10 days to call me back. That is the opposite of good customer service. Lesson learned: I will never call Taurus Plumbing again.

  We had Taurus come spray grout under our front porch due to some pretty severe settling. Though they were booked out 5 weeks when scheduling, when our scheduled date arrived, Bill showed up on time and was very friendly and informative. The work was done quickly and efficiently and looks great! We would definitely recommend Taurus Plumbing and Excavating and would definitely contact them in the future if the need ever arose.

  We sprung a leak on our sprinkler system because the guy cutting our tree accidentally hit the sprinkler line. Colby from Taurus came out and assessed the situation, dug up the line and replaced it all very quickly. Colby went above and beyond and also assessed the rest of our sprinkler system for broken heads, leaks, etc. After the broken line was fixed, Colby tested our system and made sure that everything was working as expected. Taurus also helped us with toilet installation on a few of our bathrooms. Just like with the sprinkler service, the service was prompt and reliable and done with efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend Taurus and will definitely call them in the future if I have plumbing issues.
