  I called them on June 9th for plumbing services after Taurus took too long to respond. The lady on the line said someone would call me back within a couple of days. It's July 5th and I'm still waiting. I am a very unhappy disregarded customer.

  I've had an awful experience. They don't seem to know what they're talking about and have ordered the wrong part multiple times while refusing to refund me for their mistakes. I've also asked them to order for me and they "forgot". It's been about a month and I still don't have the correct parts to fix my shower head.
