I should have walked away when the phone was answered with the simple hello instead of with a professional business name. I called and explained my problem and made an appointment. They said they would be at my house at a certain timeThen never showed. I never received a phone call to explain, apologize, or reschedule.

I had him come fix some items (Sink, Stove, Shower) and he gave me two options. The cheap option and the better option. I selected the cheap option, even after his recommendation to go with the better option. When the cheap option failed to fix the problem. He came back and only charged me the difference, and never once did he say " I told you so". I would certainly use him again. Professional, Courteous, and knows what he is doing.
