  I called on a Sunday after coming home from church and discovering a leak coming from a light in our ceiling. Not only did they come quickly to assess the situation and diagnose the problem, but it was the owner and his wife that came because they had a team that had been out pretty late the night before, and wanted to allow their team a chance to get some sleep after a long night. They were *AMAZING*. To say I was impressed would be a complete understatement. They walked through my entire home, making sure there wasn’t damage anywhere else, checking out a crawl space, and being incredibly thorough with their inspection. They were so friendly and warm. They were able to find the problem and directed me to the next steps that needed to happen to fix it. I appreciated so much their willingness to come to my house on a Sunday and help me during a stressful situation. I will *ALWAYS* use them for any potential future problems, and I will refer all of my friends and family to them as well. Professional, prompt, and truly amazing service. Thank you so much Basin Flood and Fire!!

  What an incredible business! They were so helpful when we called they responded immediately to our home. The guys that came to our home gave us great advice and helped point us in the right direction to get our house repaired. They took their time assessing our issue and listened to us. We will absolutely call them first if we ever have another issue. They really took care of us.

  Had a flood in our bathroom that acquired mold, the company took care of everything. They worked with our insurance amazingly! They cleaned up the mold, inspection came back spotless, they dried everything out and reconstructed basically our entire bathroom! They were very professional, friendly, and helpful! They made sure I had everything I wanted and were willing to work with me to get it all taken care of! I would highly recommend this company!
