  Between my family and I we have hired these guys 4 times already. We like how quickly they are able to come out for an evaluation (generally within a day or two), which is so important when you're freezing or sweating! Also, they seem very trustworthy and honest. #1- once he fixed my parents' AC, not sure what he did, but he said it didn't take long so didn't charge anything, not even a service call fee! #2- came out to evaluate my AC- unfortunately I had to replace the whole thing which cost 4 grand. They did it quickly though, provide a 10 year warranty, and things are still fine a year later #3- I called to ask for an evaluation since our heating bill was up the wazoo and I was worried there was a leak. Nex HVAC did a thorough check and offered some solutions but told me they were unlikely to help improve the efficiency of our heating. I appreciated his honesty and that he didn't convince me to pay money to have him do something that wouldn't help #4 - fixed my parents' AC right on the spot for 300 some dollars with some pieces he had in the car They are definitely our go to guys for heating or cooling problems!   Frank did a great job removing my old water heater and getting this new tankless water heater installed. Showed up on time and had the job finished in just a few hours. Very professional and the best price. Highly recommended!
