  I used Roto-Rooter today and am very happy about the service they provided. They dispatched two professional plumbers to my house within a couple of hours of my call. They were very quick to diagnose the problem - in this case, they had to open the sewer clean-out, which was blocked. Initially they tried to use a plumber's snake to unblock it, but what ended up working was using a drain bladder. The plumbers were very nice and kindly explained everything to me, which I really appreciated. The initial quote was a little high, but they were kind enough to provide a very generous discount (unrelated to this review, which I'm writing on my own). In the end, I paid $300, which is a good price (2 plumbers, approximately 1 hour of labor each) for the Bay Area. Thank you for providing a great service and for the lesson on plumbing. :)

  Nick service number 4357 was extremely professional and went the extra mile to determine the extent of damage caused by a faulty city sewer connection. He stayed on site until city engineers were here to make sure the city had correct information and home was safe do to sewage backup which made it unsafe for my family to be there. Thank you to roto-rooter. They made a customer for life!!!

  Everyone I talked with at the Roto team was great. All were super nice and detail oriented. They knew the depression when hearing of having to do major repairs but they weeee quick respectful and diligent getting the job done
