TJ was very knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job for me. He pumped and inspected for a Report of Inspection. He was on time and completed the job in 2 hrs. Stayed in communication with me as he was completing the job. He was the lowest price on the market and helped me out with a quick schedule. I was quoted by many companies the job would b over 3 hours and at a much hirer cost. This is a tuff job and I greatly appreciate his hard dedicated work.

If you ever have any septic issues or anything septic related at all don’t waste your time even looking anywhere else. I called literally 20 septic companies and had a few come out and try and tell me that my entire system needed to be replaced and that it would cost me 25k+. JT came out and actually took the time necessary to figure out the actual root of the problem. The result was he was able to fix the problem the right way in a matter of hours and now everything works perfect. So refreshing to find someone honest, especially when they know they can take advantage of my lack of knowledge in septic tanks. Thank you, thank you, thank you JT. You’re the best.

Interesting. Seems that pumping out a septic tank is not easily done in Mesa during March 2021. Many companies quoted lead times of 3 weeks to pump our backed up septic tank. But John quoted to visit within a few days. We called on Monday, he said he would be there Wednesday, he showed up Thursday said it was $300 to pump the tank, but that it couldn't be pumped due to a blockage. Wanted $600 to fix the blockage -- but said it was probably going to be about $2,200 to do the whole job. We just had someone re-run the sewer line from the house 6 months earlier and I figured this pipe blocking the line was their fault, so I called them back to clear the blockage so John could pump it. They said that they just replaced the line and that the part around the top of the tank was not included in their work, and that a clean out was needed. They dug up all around the tank and fixed the opening on Friday. I called John and asked him to pump the tank. I Saturday we checked status and he said Sunday or Tuesday. I said OK ... Sunday passed, no show. So, on Monday we called and were told Tuesday, but you may want to call someone else as I'm busy. Today is Wednesday, and again, he's busy so he told us to call someone else. Not sure what to say, but no sewer for 10 days isn't fun, and if John says he will be there, well, I think it probably means he will maybe be there unless he has something else going on. In which case he will move the date and tell you about it when you call him. His $300 quote to pump the tank was reasonable. His $600 quote to fix the blockage was perhaps a bit on the high side relative to out plumber, but probably reasonable relative to someone with a septic truck and I'm sure Roto Rooter would have charged more, but the main point of this review is that if you want someone who is going to show up on time and keep his appointment, well -- this should not be your first choice. As to reasonable price and calling out what is needed, well, pricing seems reasonable. We just needed our tank pumped, and ... he said he would make it, but was busy on other jobs.
