  Hired SAK to fix my kitchen sinks clog... Well they didn't fix the clog properly by any means, but they did cause lots of additional damages!!! First the employee soaked everything that was still under my sink & the inside of my cabinets while removing the p-trap 🤬. After the employee tried snaking the line he suggested we hire another company to fix the clog.... I called Justin (which I believe is his boss) to let him know his employee was unable to resolve the problem. Justin said his employee had received chemical burns, which I then informed Justin that I had showed his employee the only product used which was Green Gobbler (septic safe & safe for pipes), it was at that time Justin mentioned that his employee said he didn't think my pipe was strapped, because it started sliding up & down while he was snaking it. After I get off the phone with Justin I go to look at it & notice my pipe is on the bottom of the cabinet, so I then climb under my house to look & I see the pipe is completely broken 🤬... I send a picture to Justin of the broken pipe. Justins response is the pipe must of been compromised & they are not responsible for existing pipes... I am forced to call another company, so I do & it ends up costing me $1286. Now $920 of that was just to fix the pipe SAK broke... Totally feel screwed here!!! SAK should be responsible for the broken pipe, cause the company I hired to fix their screw up & my clog inspected the pipe & said it did not have any evidence of being compromised prior to the break.... This was 100% employee negligence!!!

  I'm impressed so far with the company and Justin. Their professionalism and appointment systems up to getting the quote have been the best so far. We are getting several quotes before we decide how to move forward, but so far impressed.
