  Trevor is informative, thorough and personable. As a first time customer we received their free whole house inspection & a water heater flush, nice perk! As a result of that inspection we are now aware of things that will need to be addressed in the future. We found him to be very knowledgeable & clear in expressing what his findings were. For the actual faucet & supply line issue we needed him for he not only fixed it, he improved it. We would highly recommend this company!

  To start- as individuals and as a whole, the crew and staff are absolutely amazing, hard working, and beyond knowledgeable, in short an absolute joy to work with, legitimately. We were panicking a bit because the house we had just purchased is getting to the point where a lot went wrong all at once, and it seemed like each problem was urgent. We took a chance and propositioned this company to undertake this rather large restoration/repair/rehabilitation project on our behalf. The initial in-home visit we received was impressive by itself- we were sat down and presented with a visual guide with notations on each problem/area of interest along with a lot of explanation for each solution they felt was best (in terms we could understand) with multiple options on how to proceed with each mentioned item of interest. The stress levels of managing said project for us after that immediately lessened to a manageable degree. This alone is a good reason to consider this company for your needs- you’ll always know the what, why’s, and where’s and you’ll always have multiple options and price points to get what you need. Such a comprehensive and flexible service is hard to come by these days. The work itself? A+ is not a high enough “grade” to give them. These people are dedicated, hard working, and diligent. The craftsmanship and know-how that each crew member has is impressive and much appreciated. They are genuine in heart and have a “no stupid questions” attitude that made me really comfortable with troubleshooting and decision-making with everything that went on. Each crew member also went above and beyond each day they were here and we ended up with a working house, a better living experience while having 0 stress throughout the process of achieving our goals. Thank you again, Talbot crew. In short, there’s no other service that will go to the lengths they do to provide amazing work (work that will hold up), and provide satisfaction of services to this degree in my experience. I’m truly grateful for the time they spent getting my house functional and enjoyable.

  Talbot talks about putting the “serve” back in service and they mean it. I needed to have a water heater moved onto a pedestal after repairing some damage caused by my old water heater leaking and had a great experience. They gave me a call when they were about 20 minutes from my house, and arrived on the early end of the 3 hour window they gave me, which I know isn’t always possible. While at my house they were very friendly and professional, and when they left everything was clean and tidy.
