  I have absolutely no knowledge of water heaters and plumbing. Mike took the time to explain everything to me, broke down all pieces and parts be was going to change and why he was going to change them. and didn’t get frustrated with my hundreds of questions. Which I appreciated the most. Another plus is I have a newborn, so I asked him to be as quiet and quick and possible and he was so understanding! Will definitely be using again if I ever encounter plumbing problems! Highly recommend.

  My husband and I are extremely pleased with AZ Emergency Plumbing. We had a busted pipe over the weekend and Larry was here within the hour. He is knowledgeable, and very skilled in his craft. We appreciated that he took the time to answer all our questions and explain his process. He has been so patient with us, taking my calls for follow up questions and rushed to our home the next day to help me, even after the job was done. We will always be using Larry with AZ Emergency Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

  We have used them twice in the last few months. First was the night before Thanksgiving when our disposal went out. Mike came out and it was fixed within 2 hours from the time I called. Second was a problem with our upstairs shower cartridge. Again Mike came out within 1 hour of my call and it was fixed promptly. Mike was upfront about the service call fee and explained everything in detail. I was extremely happy with the service received both times.
