  My sump pump failed last week and I made a call to T.A. Austin Plumbing. I was quickly able to get an appointment scheduled. Anthony came out to replace the pump, called when he was on the way, and arrived shortly thereafter. My new pump was installed quickly and I now have restored peace of mind that my basement won't get wet during the next rain storm. Easy to work with, honest pricing, and no sales pressure. I would recommend Tom and his crew to all of my friends and family. A+
