  From a pure price point of view, Fletcher's pricing for running a new gas line to my kitchen was extremely reasonable. Especially when you compare them to the big names that quoted me 5x the price for the same job!! When I saw the stark difference in price between the quotes I got and Fletcher, I really appreciated the honest pricing from them. Their technicians were very professional and did the job in a timely manner. They were on time, professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend making sure you give Fletcher a call because it might save you a lot of money.

  Have used their services in the past. This time the technician who came to check the system could not diagnose the problem correctly. He advised to replace the system. Fletcher gave an appointment for a week later for system replacement. They bailed out after 5 days and said they do not replace unit in my building. All this happened during the peak of summer. Never thought fletcher would be so unprofessional. I eventually reached out to Tri-Elite Advisors who came same day and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The system had run out of Freon and just required leakage fixes and freon top up. Will never use their services again. Terrible company.

  I have used Fletchers in the past several times and they were very professional. I had a leak in a sink and the person they sent to my home was unprofessional. In the 5 minutes he was here, I was insulted twice. He barely looked up from his phone, entered the house with a mask or even bothered to ask if he needed one, it was raining no booties. He was like oh well its cracked here is your bill for 125 dollars. No suggestion no anything on how or who I could call. I called the office and explained they said they would have his supervisor call me. As of today almost 4 weeks later, still no confirmation or call from said supervisor. If this is how they are now running their business I would suggest to go elsewhere.
