  I called Syracuse Drains on a Saturday afternoon due to a backup in the main line. They had someone to my house Sunday morning (due to cold temperatures had to wait til Sunday) within 20 min they had my lines cleared and running! Reasonable price for a service call on a Sunday. A lot cheaper then anyone else had quoted me and did not make me wait til Monday! Our service tech was extremely helpful, polite and gave us suggestions to help avoid this in the future! I highly recommend calling them before anyone else!

  We had a small sewage backup in the basement and of the 17 plumbers I called (most claiming 24/7 or emergency service), only a few called back. And these guys were the most communicative and actually came when they said and were professional, fast, friendly, and very affordable. I’m also very curious and inquisitive so I ask a lot of questions to educate myself about things like plumbing and the guys seemed happy to answer. Will absolutely use them again with any plumbing issues.

  Very impressed with Our technician Kelly....arrived on time, gave a call before arriving and was very polite, informative and professional! I would recommend anyone who wants great service and knowledgeable people working on their home to call Syracuse Drains. Also pricing was very reasonable and fair compared to other companies quotes In the area. I will definitely be calling them again if needed in the future!
