A few weeks ago I had reached out to Mr Rooter of Syracuse to perform some updates to my house. Matt came in, updated and fix repairs that were done incorrectly by another plumber. Everything looks perfect and is up to code. Zero issues with the work they did and can’t say enough good things about Matt and the company. I use Mr Rooter at my work and was the main reason I used them at my home. Thanks to Matt and the owner, everything is now perfect in my home. Thank you for everything!

Unprofessional! I confirmed the appointment when they texted the day before and they still cancelled my appointment the next day claiming I didn't answer the phone when they called. I had my phone with me the entire time.and There were no missed calls. When I called, still in my appointment window to find out where the heck they were, the woman was unhelpful to solve the problem they caused.

Just has Zach from Mr. Rooter clear my blocked basement drain. I was initially concerned that I could not get a price till they came out to see the problem, but the fact that they came in 24 hrs. vs. the competition at 48 hrs., I took a chance. Turns out Mr. Rooter was almost $200 cheaper (competition quoted a price over the phone), and they guys were very professional and courteous! I could not be more pleased. Will definitely use them again!
