  Called Josh at Sycamore Plumbing & Heating to repair garbage disposal which had corroded to the point of not working. Needed the job done quick as company is arriving today. He gave me the option or 2 times he could come by to repair, in the early morning (7am) or in the afternoon. I chose the 7am slot. Josh showed up right at 7am, repaired the disposal, out by 7:35 am. His charges were very fair for his work. I have used Josh a number of times for heating/air work as well as plumbing help and he has performed outstanding work! I couldn’t recommend him more!

  We had JJ install a new tankless water heater to replace our old tank water heater. We needed to switch to something with a powered vent due to a backdraft issue cause by our Radon system. We had thought about tankless since we first heard of them. Talking with JJ convinced us that tankless was the way to go. Our "utility" room has so much more space in it, thanks to JJ's clean installation. JJ always takes care of us!
