They came and did a diagnostic on my geothermal. Said i need to replace evaporate coil. They said it would cost around 4,000 but they highly recommend me to buy a new unit for around 8,000. There sales men should up at my house with in hour after the service tech left. The salesman emailed me the next day and gave me a quote for 16,000. It seemed like they just wanted me to buy a new unit and not try to fix what's wrong with my geothermal. Called Geothermal Sales & Service Inc out of auburn they came and fixed the coil for 250.

Had heating service performed. The tech quickly figured out that our condesent drain was clogged. He cleaned it and checked everything else. He was very nice, helpful and patient with me asking questions.

Mike is the best! He is always friendly, courteous and prompt. He is very knowledgeable and keeps our system running smoothly. When an electronic control board was failing, he diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the replacement part immediately. We really appreciate the outstanding service that Mike provides.
