  Every step was terrific, from my original phone call to the finished job. The associates at Swezey Fuel were wonderful. I never felt like my issues were burdensome to any of them. I had a urgent situation and they all were very happy to help me resolve it. Because it was the dead of winter I assumed that it might be difficult of get help but they were ready and able to prioritize my home. They were all friendly and their attitudes toward their jobs and workplace very very positive. The customer service department very quickly put me in touch with the departmental people I needed without making me wait for return phone calls. Everything from beginning trend was great experience. Love this company!

  I had a pipe leak in my foundation and Joe was the plumber that came to fix the job. He was professional, helpful and did a excellent job. Loved his sense of humor and kept me at ease to finding the problem. I recommend Joe for your plumbing needs. I have been with Swezey for so many years and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Swezey for all that you do.

  I had a 49 year old oil tank that was starting to show signs of leaking replaced by Swezey fuel oil Co. I went with a Roth 275 tank because of its warranty and what I was told by Tony the rep from Swezey that came out to do the Estimate. Swezey came in with two very experienced installers Carl and Russ who disassembled our old tank and removed it and installed the Roth tank which looks absolutely amazing. Every step of the process went like clock work. Everything was installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. The old oil was pumped out and within a few hours we had a fuel truck on-site and had the tank filled with fresh fuel. We ran the oil down in the old tank so we would not have to pump out much and what was pumped out had so much sludge and grime in it we just got all new fuel. Carl and Russ are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Any question I had they answered and knew what they were talking about. I really cannot say enough good things about them. As for Swezey in general my parents have used them for over 30 years which is why when we moved into our house I knew who we were going to use for service and oil. No matter what time or what day it is if we have any issues Swezey is always there to help us get our heat back on. Thank you Swezey!
