  There's no way to avoid saying it right off: they are extremely expensive. You can't help but feel this is a racket, where there is a promise of a free estimate but then you must agree in advance to pay a hefty fee just for them to come to your home. They are prompt and courteous, yes. But once they have the estimate worked up they pretty much know that you're inclined to agree to whatever it is because they're already on-site and you're already committed to the advance fee (approximately $80) and you don't want to see that go "down the drain" so . . . . The service was good. The tech was polite and didn't leave a mess. He wasn't here very long, maybe an hour, but it still cost us half a grand! And the work is guaranteed for one year. Or at least that's what we were told. After our experience we are a bit suspicious as to whether we will be made to agree to another advance fee for a follow-up visit. should the need arise. If you've got money to burn, this place is great for you. They'll come right away. If you're a senior on a budget, better shop around some more. Given the chance, and since our job was not an emergency, we would have gone with a smaller or individual outfit, and we probably would have gotten a better deal.

Unfortunately during this time while prices continue to rise on gas and plumbing materials we will all feel that things are quite expensive! We are in agreement there! We feel the pinch just the same and we try to offer as many money saving options as possible and we have lots of coupons online for consumers to use towards service. We have been in business for over 20 years and are very competitive. We have proven to be resilient during the last few years while many companies have closed their doors. I'd like to comment on a few things the reviewer has said. There is a difference between a free estimate and a need for a service. We are very clear on the phone when booking the apt as to whether your situation will warrant a free estimate or if there will be a dispatch fee for the service call. This is told upfront and you have the option to not book the appointment. So no need to feel like this is a "Racket" We go over exactly what you can expect from us over the phone so there are absolutely no surprises. We also guarantee or warranty most jobs and it is clearly written on your invoice so there would be no reason to be "suspicious" about this. Most of us do not have "Money to burn" including us which is why we try to be as efficient as possible, send the best tech out to your home, do the best job possible, Keep your home spotless, never charge an overtime rate for nights or weekends and keep our prices competitive with other companies similar to ours who have been around for a long time. A smaller outfit or individual may not be available or open the next time you have an emergency or a warranty call back and you may not be able to reach them and be forced to call another company. There are pros and cons I suppose to whoever you choose but I do promise you this-Whoever you are. We will stand behind whatever warranty was written on your invoice and if you need service in the future we promise to take excellent care of you.

  I have been using this company for years and have always had a positive experience. The Techs are truly professional and mindful of the household. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for either repair or New Construction. The end result will always bring satisfaction.

  We had an issue with floor drain by our washer. We called Mr Rooter and they were very professional. They promptly had scheduled us that day. The service man was Tim. He was professional, courteous and very helpful in suggesting things we could do to avoid further issues. He was careful to not make a mess and even cleaned the floor around the area. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
