  My experience was great from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly and informative. I was able to get service the day I called. Their employee came out to my house and explained the situation thoroughly and professionally. I had been told by another provider that my septic pump needed to be replaced, but Sweet Pea determined my issue was primarily electrical, saving me a lot of money. They gave great service throughout the process and completed the work ahead of schedule. Great company.

  We moved in to our new house and the sewer lines backed up into the basement when we took our first showers. I called and they were able to come the same day--the Monday after Thanksgiving when everyone was busy. Greg arrived an hour early. He was a very friendly, professional and competent technician. He did extensive diagnostics until he was satisfied what was going on. He was able to clear the blockage quickly. He answered all my questions about maintenance. The price was very reasonable. I will call Sweet Pea again if I have a problem.
