  I called Roto-Rooter after another company came to fix our backed up sewer line and couldn't get the job done. Two guys came at 4:30 and didn't leave until we could use our plumbing again. They worked hard to get it done! Thanks so much for all your hard work!

  They did good work, but the total was way higher than what they estimated ($1000 instead of $650). When I asked the owner about it I was told “the estimate I gave you didn’t include labor.” This is after I verified the total multiple times before I agreed to the work. Again, the quality of work was good, but don’t expect to pay the quoted amount when the job is complete.

  Unfortunately when you're in a plumbing emergency and need someone to come fix it ASAP, these might have to be your guys. They're charging over a third more than competitors in the area for a basic plumbing job. $300 for basic clear, $125 to remove toilet, another $125 per hour, plus travel and supplies. To boot, they're not interested in customer service or diagnosing the underlying problem. They're there to do a job and make a buck, but not to actually do a GOOD job.
