  Swain promptly came out to find and repair a leak under our kitchen island. He created an access route through the cabinet and found that the original pvc pipe had come apart and that it had never been glued in the first place. Fixed it quickly and cleanly, unclogged the pipe and did it all for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend using Swain for plumbing issues!

  If you need a plumber, Don't hesitate to call. His work is excellent. He is fast and on time. Also, he is by far, much more reasonable than any other plumber you can call. Thank you Mike for all you help with our remodeling job. I couldn't be happier with his work.

  I had a great experience with Swain Plumbing. Mike came out just as he said he would, assessed the situation quickly, and had the repair done in no time. His price was also way better than some of the other larger plumbing companies. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone in need of plumbing help. On top of that, he's a cool guy :-)
