  Although we are not related, I called them on an emergency well failure because they had the same last name. I'm so glad I did! I had called four other places and after three days (and a $90 visit from another company) we had made no progress on getting water. The Sutton truck was here in an hour even though they are located in another town thirty miles away. In three hours (including a 45 minute run for parts) they had everything repaired and running like new. I was impressed with their knowledge, teamwork, and professionalism. They are also friendly, fun people--a big plus in my book!

  Excellent company, good work. Prompt service with very knowledgeable service reps. Would definitely use again if the need arises. I highly recommend using this company, you will not regret the choice! Thank you for responding on short notice, you didn't have to....but you did.

  This company has been in business for decades! I lived with my grandparents and we had well water. If the water stopped, sometimes a family member or friend might at first try to get it started back and if they were unable to solve the problem, they would always say, guess you better call the Suttons! When they showed up, you could consider your water problem already solved!!
