  I contacted them for my client, they told me they would be there on a Friday. They no-called no-showed and couldn't tell me why. They were supposed to call me back and let me know when they can go to the job site however, they never called back and have since ignored my repeated calls. I wouldn't recommend this company if you need something done fast that is important because if they don't show up you lose DAYS of time like I have! I have deadlines to meet with my client and wasted several days on these people and now I will not meet my deadline so if you are like me and need something important done, don't use this company!

  Stacy, I’m not sure what is going on. I returned your call the first day you called. I left a message telling you that our Laurinburg business license had expired and we weren’t planning on renewing it anytime soon. We are in South Carolina and and we don’t do enough business there to pay the licenses. I apologize for not being able to help your company. We are a reputable company, and we do the best we can to get to everyone. Unfortunately we can’t. But I don’t feel this post was fair. We work pretty hard trying to make everyone happy. I have a couple messages to call you, but I have been extremely busy and I can’t call every customer, or every sales person that calls my office to speak to me.

  wont be using him ever again! i only had him come out a couple of weeks ago to do a job he charged me 2500.00 for pipe work under my home yet i really dont know if the job is holding or anything!!! Now i feel like i was con i call him for another job and he did not call back ,So i see he does not want to do any work for me .. i placed a bad review once because he said he come and never did blame the phones so i gave him a chance with the pipe work he did but maybe he charged me so much to get back at me ,.but its only going to get him in the butt for not doing good bye people god watching all of us .Thought he was a good guy and would be here for my plumbing needs but he just like the rest of the crooked cons out here in this south carolina .

  Ms Debbie, I am really bothered that you posted this. We told you several times on the phone we don’t service the area you live in. Because I felt like you needed help, i came out to your house, crawled under, inspected, took pictures for you while I was under your home. You and I sat down at your kitchen table and i told you what my price was. You were thanking me saying I was “half the price of the other plumber that quoted it for you. I came back again with help and material, and we repipe the drains under your home like they were supposed to be. I have before and after pictures to show it,. All my work is backed with a warranty. We stand behind everything we do. I had 2 trucks and 2 men, we worked all day until into the night. And I have gone back and spent a lot of time trying to find record of you calling back for service. I really hate you went to this extreme. This is an unfair post.
