Superior Water and Air has been a great company to work with. Our sales rep, Cliff Boxer was friendly, helpful and informative. First, we had them put in a whole house water purification/ softener system that we are very pleased with. Then we called them out again, and Gabe installed our under the sink RO system. He was excellent at his job, very friendly and thorough. He made sure that he was doing all that I requested, and that I knew what to expect. He even checked to see if I wanted my freezer with the ice maker hooked up to the filter system and  when he had to go under the house he checked to see if I had any leaking. I was very happy with the service
It was also a blessing to purchase it through our Costco membership and get discount cards for Costco shopping.

Larry was great to work with! Called me a few days before the appointment because we needed a consult on where to install our water softener. Came out and helped us figure out where we needed to put it. When install day come he was on time, had a great attitude and was very respectful. Completed the installation early and the work completed looks great! Highly recommend.

James did an amazing job! He arrived early to install our water heater! He walked us through everything and was quick! He was very professional and likeable! Within 24 hours of contacting them. They were out here to do the qoute and two days later they were installing our new water heater! Highly recommended!!

Gary did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable of how our system worked. We just needed him to show us how to change out the filters but after him explaining ours was an older model that required much more work we will definitely be setting up an appt and would have no problem having Gary do it for us again. Also he explained that upgraded systems are much easier to replace but also didn't push the idea of it pushing us to purchase one either. Good job Superior.

He was very courteous and straightforward and told me everything that I needed to know. He made sure that everything was in working order before he left and made sure that I was satisfied with his work. I would not have a problem in having him installing anything else that I needed in my house.

He did have trouble bringing the hot water tank into my house and getting it placed in the area where it needs to be and I'm kind of curious as to why superior didn't have 2 people working to do this instead of just one.  The job would probably went a lot faster if he had had somebody else to help him with the hot water tank.And as far as I'm concerned that's a bad thing on the company because he could have been very seriously hurt doing this on his own.  In my opinion I think that superior needs to step up their game and have 2 people doing an install like that instead of just one.

Overall I would give Gary a 10, He did a fantastic job.  As far as superior goes. I would give them a 3 they really need to have more than just one person doing an install like that.
