  Brad Smith pumped a septic tank for us and he was very friendly and polite. He did a very good job. He power washed the inside of the tank because it was quite bad to make sure it was empty. Very good person and takes pride in his work. Would request him if we ever need it done again.

  Steve installed a back-flow device for a new lawn sprinkler system. He also installed a hose bib for utility watering needs. Steve arrived on time with a heads-up call and was very personable and professional. I highly recommend Master Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

  Clogged sewer line. The plumber I have used for similar problems was unable to unclog the sewer line. Additional cable would be required & my 1948 house only had one clean-out (installed in the 90s). We had been without sewer since the previous day & were using a chemical toilet from our camping supplies. 24 hours of plumbing issues is enough for me. For basic hygiene purposes, I was looking at checking into a hotel with my family and a large, active puppy. The other 2 dogs would have to be boarded in a kennel. I was already working the calculator $$$ and wondering how many plumbers I would have to call. The plumber, who was in the process of leaving me, recommended Master Plumbing since they had "plenty of cable." I called and was able to get a plumber who was finishing a job and would be available for an hour or so before his next appointment. Best of all, he had 200 feet of cable. He showed up and went to work. Soon the line was unclogged and flowing. Before leaving, he did a visual inside the sewer line to check for roots, get pictures if needed and to locate the best place to install a second clean-out for the line. The price Master Plumbing charged was comparable to other local plumbers. If I'm up to my eyeballs in alligators I don't bother haggling over a few bucks, I'm just glad a professional plumber showed up to solve my sewer problem. Barb
