  After moving into our new home, we recently looked into services for Reverse Osmosis and Water Softener installation. Being Costco members, we inquired through there and Superior Water & Air (who they contract with) was sent to our home. Bart Sperry came to our home for the initial consultation and services overview. He was on time, friendly and great at what he does. He explained things very well and was engaging while doing so. On the day of installation, Mark Frank came to our home who was also on time and friendly. He was professional, took the time to explain things and answer any questions for us, and took the care to do things such as wearing shoe protectors while coming into our home. That's something I always appreciate. The installation was also quick and efficient. We have had a great experience with Superior and look forward to having them service our in home water needs.

  Roberto installed a purifier and soft water system for us. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a “SUPERIOR” job. We were able to get a water purifier and softener installed for what a competitor wanted to charge just for the plumbing portion. This was a tough job but Roberto took his time to make sure it was done with excellent quality. I am 101% satisfied with his work and with this company! Thank you Superior Water and Air, and especially to Roberto!

  I had my water heater replaced by Richard, and had the pleasure of having Mitch the install manager come out and get us set up. Not only were they ontime and punctual, but our experience with Richard was top of the line! Not only very professional and knowledgeable, he was kind, polite and very thorough. If Richard's attitude and attention to detail are Superiors company standard, then they have struck gold. I would strongly recommend Superior as they have exceeded our expectations and helped us in a time frame I didn't think was possible, so thank you, as we are now customers for life!!
