  We recently had a new AC/furnace installed. First, Dion was phenomenal! I settled on the bid from Jones, because the proposal was all inclusive. Also, clearly noted were the rebates eligible for my purchase. During installation Dion kept me informed and did a great job educating me on the things I was not aware of. Two weeks after the process, I called with a follow up and Dion himself came out the next day to correct the issue. I am just amazed at the service we received! I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

  The service I received from Jones Heating and Air was excellent! Jeff arrived within just a couple hours of my initial call. He was quick, thorough and very professional. I appreciated his honesty and advice on maintaining my furnace. I will definitely call them again with any heating or air conditioning needs.

  Jeff came to give us quote on a water heater replacement, he blew everyone out of the water by half the price and installed it the next day. Richard handled the installation and he was amazing as well, so pleasant and friendly. We recently had a new furnace and central air unit installed and I wish I had contacted Jones heating and air first. I don’t want to think about how much we over paid.
