I’ve been using Superior Services for about 2 years. Tim House is an phenomenal and fast worker. Casually checks to make sure my filters are good. A few parts have gone out on my ac the last year and he has been very quick to change them and make sure it’s running properly. I recommended Tim to my grandmother and mom, and have been very pleased with his work ethic. 10/10 recommend using Superior Services for any ac problems!

My experience with superior services has proved to be disappointing and extremely frustrating. I remained home all day waiting on the service person on the scheduled date of service, but No one showed up or called. At nearly the end of the business day, I called and spoke with the person in the office and explained my frustration of waiting all day without anyone showing up or calling. On the re - scheduled date, the service persons came and I informed them that I needed 5 water cut off valves replaced in preparation for having new bathroom counter tops installed. I walked them through the house and I showed them exactly where the cut off valves were to be replaced . They supposedly had changed all 5 of the cut off valves and I submitted a check for the service. Later during the same day, I received an email invoice indicating that only 4 cut off valves had been replaced. I then called the office and reported that I needed 5 water cut off valves replaced, but the invoice indicated that only 4 water cut off valves had been replaced. Shortly afterwards, they returned and changed the valve that they said had not been changed. I again submitted to them a check in which I had been charged for another visit but this visit was in actuality to complete the initial visit. A few weeks later, I received a bill for $28.00 and I called and spoke with the manager inquiring about the $28.00 bill and expressing my frustration that I had experienced in the service persons not coming or calling on the initial visit, not completing the service completely as requested, and the overcharge in charging this return visit as an initial visit. The manager to her credit agreed to refund me for the overcharge. When the counter top installers came to install the counter tops , they found that 2 of the 5 cut off valves that they said had been changed had not been changed. Consequently, there was water leaking the bottom of my newly refinished cabinets. I called and spoke with the manager and she immediately sent a service person to correct the problem. I was extremely unhappy with superior services for I feel the service persons who were to initially complete this job assignment were unprofessional, unreliable, lacked integrity, honesty and trustworthiness .

Greatest company. They have never let me down. I use them on all my properties. They always do great work. And if something not right the make it right whether its their fault or not. 10 plus on satisfaction from me. Thanks Superior Services
