Had my faucet changed in the bathroom, had the shut off valves replaced. and had some copper piping replaced in the wall Good: They get you scheduled same day and call ahead. The plumbers are friendly and on time. They are very detailed in explaining what they are going to do and have you sign a paper if they have to cut into your wall or dig on your property. Bad: They had to come out 3 times to fix the leaking drain. The website says 24 hour emergency service but they do not consider it an emergency if a leak is due to them not fixing your drain the first time, even if water floods your bathroom floor. They made it known they do not appreciate being called at 10pm because your bathroom is flooded due to them not fixing the drain the first time. (I work odd hours and it was the time I got home and discovered the leak.) Gross: After sweating the copper pipes the plumber dunked paper towels into our toilet bowl to wet them to cool down the pipes. 🤢🤮 It seems as though filling a bucket prior to cutting the water off would be more sanitary. Although this time of using 3-D’s was not a good experience, I recommend them because their service in the past was fantastic and I feel this issue might have been a one off situation.

Called them with plumbing problems, lady was very professional and caring. She said she would pass the information on and schedule an appointment. She called back in a few hours and said they were on their way! The plumbers got here accessed the situation and had it all fixed with in 2 hours. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Will definitely put them on call for any other plumbing issues.

We rented the portal restroom trailer for a WEDDING and this is how it was delivered to us! Their website states they are “#1 in cleanliness and offer top quality and CLEAN restrooms” These pictures I took speak for themselves. We were told they would be clean and fully stocked of essentials (toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels) and we also explained to them when we reserved them that it was for a WEDDING. The toilet paper was covered in dirt and the paper towels in the dispenser were almost out. The toilets were dirty, mud and dirt everywhere, they did not smell clean, everything was covered in a thick layer of dust and grime. They looked like they were picked up from some man camp out out in the oilfield and just dropped off to us. The entire unit needed a good power wash, and we fully expected them to be nice and clean as stated on their website. I called to complain and the lady Desiree was very defensive and told me I “needed to calm down” and that “a little dirt and dust is normal” I explained to her that it was filthy and that they knew it was for a wedding, and that they needed to send someone out to clean them or refund some of our money back. An hour later, they sent a port-a-potty guy to clean the mess. He couldn’t believe how dirty they were and that they had delivered them to us like that. He spent an hour cleaning them up for us and did a good job. Not worth the $900+ to rent these for a special event, do not rent these for your wedding, parties, etc.
