My shower wouldn't shut off so I called Sunshine. Jerry came out very quickly and immediately knew what to do. He swiftly and adeptly fixed the problem and my Saturday was saved. Will definitely call him out again the next time anything goes wrong!

THEY DID NOT PULL A REQUIRED PERMIT. Their work would have failed inspection. I would give 0 stars if I could, but it makes me choose 1 in order to post. We paid $5,500 to have what is listed on the invoice as “ Whole house repipe from the outside line, excluding the meter line. The work will include new pipes to 2 toilets, lavatories, tub/showers, 1 water heater, 1 washing machine, and 1 kitchen sink.” The washing machine pipes were not replaced, and I subsequently had another leak which damaged my entire kitchen, laundry, and living room. If he had actually replaced the pipes like included in the invoice, there would be no leak. The owner showed no pride in business etiquette, honesty, or moral code. Please look to another business that is honest and fair. Not only do we now have to pay another company to replace pipes that should be new, I also have substantial damage to my home. Response to your review of my review should be enough for future customers. You are not owning what happened and again not stating accurately the details. I will continue to address and provide photos/your invoice. 1) Every attempt was made to address the issue. Interesting. Did you leave voice messages, send emails, or letters? Your response implies multiple attempts have been made on your end, and I’ve only spoken with Nate (the owner) once, on 1/15/2019. At that time, Nate stated time and time again it wasn’t his problem “the work was done over 5 years ago.” No other contact by you or your company has been made to date or as of 2/11/2019. Prior to speaking with Nate, I only spoke with your service technician on 1/14/2019. He assured me you would take care of both the damage and the work that was not completed properly. In speaking with Nate, he offered to come out and replace the washing machine lines that were included on the original invoice, but refused to take responsibility for the resulting water damage (because work was over 5 years ago). It’s all still here waiting for replacement/repair, please let me know what attempts I am missing. Please have someone call me that is qualified to inspect your prior employees work and is licensed to complete plumbing repairs. 2) Your invoice is dated 7/28/2015, resulting damage 1/11/19, that is 3 years 6 mts and a couple of days, not over 4 years. I’d be happy to provide you with your estimate or help you out with the math. (We are getting closer to the actual date! Yeah!) 3) I didn’t hang up. Your math was frustrating I admit, and when you continued to respond that you were not responsible I let you know I was done discussing it with you further. I offered the option of A)you handling like this was your home and wife calling with you paying a contractor for work or B)I was contacting your insurance company. You didn’t like that at all and continued to cite 5 years. I contacted your insurance company but you are telling them the washing machine lines were not included in the “entire house re-pipe.” Your words on you invoice not mine. 4) Please see the invoice posted on Gainesville Business Word of Mouth, Acree Ann. Your invoice includes “re-pipe entire house including new lines to 1-washer.” The lines were not replaced. 5)The leak is where your technician tied into 1978 copper piping that, per your invoice, was included. Entire house re-pipe should mean jut that....I shouldn’t have to worry about leaks after paying your company $5,500 to re-pipe my house.
