  We had this company install a new toilet. That cost 470 dollars. After that, there was still a small leak, so they had to come back a week later. Then then installed a new valve. That took ten minutes, and cost 170 dollars, because of 85 dollars for labor, and a 55-dollar service fee. I am sure that this can be somehow explained as company policy, but if you have to come back a week after original installation, then it sounds a bit excessive, doesn't it? As a response to the owner: It is not reasonable to say that while I was willing to pay 470 dollars for a new toilet, I was not willing to pay 23 dollars for a new valve during the first visit. Why would I do such a thing?

I spoke with the plumber that installed the toilet and he suggested putting in a shut-off valve when the new toilet was installed and the home-owner didnot want it at that time. Resulting in us returning to put it in. If you should need any plumbing in the future please give us a call, we do appreciate your business!!

  Pros: Available when no one else was. Always showed up when said they would. Passed Inspection. Friendly. Cons: Communication was frustrating and a gas leak is why we cannot rate higher. We asked for 3/4 inch gas pipe and he installed a 1/2 inch anyway. One day I found half a dozen dead roaches splattered on the kitchen floor. I guess he and his assistant stepped on them after the bugs climbed in through the open waste water pipe and left them there for us to find. The drainage hose for the dishwasher was installed through a hole much too low in the base cabinet instead of up high in the base cabinet and the inspector would not approve it until my husband fixed it. The scariest experience of all was the gas leak after installing our new gas stove. We smelled a gas leak in our kitchen at 3 am when my son and daughter-in-law drove into town unexpectedly and walked in and woke us up and asked us why the house smelled like gas! I can only pray there are no other pipe leaks from the new installation.

  I have called Fletcher Plumbing to do a few plumbing installations/replacements at my house and each time the job was done professionally and at a reasonable price. Kyle does very good work! The price quotes were accurate and he arrived within the time window promised. I highly recommend them.
