I can't say enough positive things about Suncoast plumbing. We did a major garage conversion to living space and used a contractor who sub contracted Suncoast. They are just professional and precise and did flawless work. So we decided to call them for other plumbing work that another big plumbing business was never able to figure out despite a rather large bill. I hope I am spelling the young man's name correctly (going by the signature), Brudy and his partner were extremely knowledgeable and were able to fix the issue and also explain very thoroughly what the other company could not. Hugely impressed. All in all very fair rates, professionalism and just very rare to find. Thanks so much...

Very Long* had a main line block that started on easter Sunday April 4, - The blocked main line in the plumbing was causing my toilet to clog & overflow- this happened once on easter and the second time was the Tuesday after. I live in an Apartment, 1 bathroom - As the property manager refused to get service scheduled so I set a time for Suncoast Plumbing to clear the clog. 1st Service: They never contacted me about the tech arriving or his findings. I had to call the office and ask - According to the secretary, the plumber got the toilet back working - I was told that he augered, found a deep block in the main line and then he left. Return service to camera the line, pull the toilet or remove the block was not scheduled or recommended. Second Service: After 2 days the toilet clogged & overflowed again. I set another appointment with suncoast plumbing, I specifically told dispatch that the plumber will have to find the main line block -he would have to camera, pull the toilet or possibly power jet to clear the lines. That afternoon I called the plumbing office & was told that he augered and left. Third Service: The toilet backed up/overflowed AGAIN on Sunday April 12 - 4th time I had to call Suncoast Plumbing about the same issue. I stayed in a hotel since my toilet was not working & a Plumber came out Monday afternoon. Tonight: When I got home from work with my baby, I went to check the toilet- I still can't believe the way that my bathroom looks - the plumber left all of the disgusting waste on the walls, tub and floors of my bathroom and kitchen floor. The shower looks like he cleaned his supplies in it and he didn't even bolt the toilet back down!!! The plumber clearly had no concern about what he was doing, so now a cleaning crew has to come, I can't even stay at my house until the plumbing is actually completed & the house gets properly sanitized-I'm so disappointed with how this was handled - absolutely one of the worst service experiences and I had to share. This has been a nightmare. I have attached photos, the property manager has been notified.

I received a quote from them for a fiberglass shower & vanity/sink install. I had them come back out to do the work & the workers were great & very friendly - fast too. However, when they had "finished" we had a small misunderstanding - I called the company & they sent two more workers out to take care of the issues I had. Bobby was awesome & was willing to go the extra mile. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work, customer satisfaction, & will call them again.
