  I hired this company to do an inspection on a prospective new home for me. They came recommended and were the second company I hired. The technician came out and was outstanding. For a young guy it was impressive how professional he was. The issue came when I asked the "Principal" if specific verbiage could be used to assist me. Everything I was asking for was based on the discussion between myself and the technician. The"Principal" seemed to be upset and stated he had a reputation to worry about. I sent a follow up email apologizing stating I would never ask anyone to do anything unethical and just asked for the estimate. His email ( Monday 28 March 2022)told me he would respond that day. I called several times prior to his email and explained the importance of time as I was under contract to provide the estimate. its now Wednesday the 30th and I have yet to get a reply to my apologetic email or to his promise I have not received the estimate and thus I failed to comply with the contract and lost the house. I can not nor would I recommend them. In my opinion it's being run on emotion and not logic or ethics. As an update I did get an email from Ryan after I posted this to which he was again un professional and irrational with his emails. Its just sad.

  Mr. Wagner- Thanks for your review. Although we disagree with your position on our company and team,​ you are entitled to your opinion. It seemed clear after your request for us to provide an estimate, and apply your written script, you had an alternative motive. It appeared you were looking to find ways to undermine the sellers, using our company. The truth is, the system passed inspection and had no issues to warrant us making those scripted statements. What you were asking, in our opinion, was to provide to you an estimate to repair a system that was not broken. This type of activity is dishonest, and we are not willing to jeopardize our reputation doing so. We find it highly unlikely that our passed inspection caused the loss of your contract. We wish you the best of luck in finding your next home.

  I called to have the Man come pump out my tank. So the Boy they sent was not experienced. As he poked a hole in my septic tank lid. I told him where it was located. But asked him Not to push the Rod down so hard but this is what happens when You send a Boy to do a Mans Job. I called the office and told the lady that answered explained to her what happened she said she would call him and call me back. She never called me.That's Bad business. He didn't pump it out only to fix my lid, which I have no idea if it worked. So I won't call them again. Other septic people asked Why didn't he pump it out. I said idk.

  Ms Swanson, Thanks for your review. We instructed our tech to leave the property when you began the name calling. The gentleman/tech who was onsite has been preforming his job for almost 4 years. We're sorry that your experience with our company wasn't great, but we will stand behind our employees when it comes to their safety while on others property. We wish you the best.

  We had the “joy”of our septic backing up into our shower upon returning home from vacation. We called called the team from Ferrells. They were very friendly and we’re out in a few hours and pumped out the tank. We will definitely not wait so long before having it pumped to avoid the “pleasure” of a backed up septic. Fast, professional and affordable service 😄
