The company that used to service our geothermal system stopped servicing in our area. We contacted the recommended alternate because the system wasn’t acting right. After about an hour, the technician determined there was nothing wrong with the system. He said it was the thermostat - which was replaced less than 6 months prior. The company that did that work checked and it was not the thermostat. The system still wasn’t working. We called the recommended company again and were told it would be another week and a half (our first call took a week and a half to get on the schedule!) before someone could come out. We decided to look around for someone else and found Summers - we were on the schedule in days. The technician took a little longer to check it out but he did find the problem. The technician then asked for the manual so he could check a few other things. He called for additional technical support. I feel he did a thorough job and the issue he uncovered was the same issue we had a few years before, which we were told at that time was common. A long story to say, Summers seems to know their stuff, willing to spend the time to be thorough. And the charge was very reasonable for the time spent.

Working with Summers was great from start to finish! The scheduler was responsive and got us an appointment quickly and at a convenient time for our business. Great communication leading up to the visit and then a quick and thorough repair. Seth was wonderful and so helpful!

They are awesome very professional, did an awesome job. We will definity give them a call if we need more work done. ADAM was awesome, very polite and professional. Justin and Richard and there was another man didn't get his name. Were all very good , explained everything and very professional. I don't have a bad thing to say. They have taken care of our concerns .
