  Three Technicians from F&S Williams worked very efficiently on installing a new gas furnace and ac system in our home in Brookston. The installation location in the basement was somewhat challenging but the furnace installed in a professional and high quality manner as was expected for a HVAC company in business for 70 years. The Techs were very polite and considerate. The following day I had a flexible liner installed in our tall chimney by two of the same Techs from F&S. They offered suggestions and kept me informed on the process. They were attentive to my concerns and questions during the whole process. I am very satisfied so far and the furnace is working to our expectations. I am confident that the ac system will also give us a satisfying performance during the next cooling season.

  Austin and Chris were awesome when replacing my water heater. They were prompt, courteous, and simply fun to talk with. They explained things really well about what went wrong and the costs of repair versus replacement. This is the second time I've used F&S Williams and everyone I've worked with has been great.
