  I needed to remove an old water softener unit from the basement. Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained the steps required. He found and corrected some additional issues that had been done by prior workmanship. He also fixed a nagging shower drip for me. He was extremely efficient and charged a fair price. I will definitely be using him again if I need any further plumbing or heating work. Thanks Tom!

  Very disappointed. My husband called and made an appointment to change some pipes in our bathroom. We wanted to have it done by Easter so we’re really happy when he said Thursday or Friday. We opted for Friday as he said that would be better for him. I rearranged my entire schedule, which was not easy, so I could work from home only to have him no show/ no call. When my husband called he simply said he got called to do something else. I understand things come up, but a phone call would have been nice. I could’ve went into the office where I was needed. I was really hoping our experience would have been like all the great reviews we read. Simple communication would have gone a long way.

  I accidently hit the sink plumbing rearranging under my sink and Tom came out to fix it! Thank God! Great service, reasonable pricing, he doesn't gouge like some, friendly and knows what he's doing. Not your fly by the night plumber! Very informative and walked me through all his steps. Thank you so much! Also ANSWER'S his phone on the WEEKEND! True 24/7 service!!!! Will hire again!
